Rob Dennis heads GEP’s Talent Acquisition function, where he’s building the right infrastructure, processes, and teams for the company to achieve its ambitious growth goals. Apart from his expertise in talent strategy, Rob brings more than a decade of experience in solving difficult recruiting challenges for many of the world’s top technology and financial services firms.

Rob’s began his recruiting career working for leading global hedge funds D. E. Shaw & Co. and Bridgewater Associates. He then co-founded Lincoln Square Advisors — a business acceleration and search firm — and People Co., a recruiting technology startup that used big data and machine learning to solve hiring challenges for some of the world’s most selective companies.

Rob earned his bachelor’s from Harvard University, where he studied English and wrote a novel for his thesis. He earned a master’s in English from Florida State University, focusing on creative writing and poetry.
