As Vice President of Customer Success, Kina leads GEP's customer success and customer support functions. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in services, support and customer success operations, with over seven years in supply chain, procurement and AP automation.
Based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, Kina manages a global team responsible for customer satisfaction, delight and loyalty; making sure GEP delivers the support and solutions necessary for customers to achieve their desired outcomes. The team’s global footprint ensures that GEP is well-aligned with our customers' local needs. Prior to joining GEP, Kina worked with numerous SaaS companies, such as Basware, PeraHealth, Verian and MicroStrategy.
Kina earned her B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She earned her M.S. in Biomaterials Engineering from Dartmouth College.
